None of my students are verified.

If any of your students have a red X under the verified column, log into your National TSA account and verify that you have submitted your rosters.  This is a separate process than just uploading a roster or adding a few students.  Any time you add students, you MUST submit those names.   It is usually an overlooked process.

Once you have submitted your rosters, wait 70 minutes and check your EMS account again.  The EMS only syncs once every hour.
