Requesting a Password Reset Email

Did you forget your password?  You can easily reset it by following this guide.

1) On the login screen, look for the "Reset Password" option on the blue bar:

2) The follow the on screen prompts:

3) Once you get the reset email.  Follow the instructions.   You will be prompted to set a new permanent password once you have logged in with the temporary password.

Note:  If you never get a reset email, check your spam folder.  If you still did not get a reset email, please submit a ticket.
